What is Boho Exotica?
Welcome to Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique! You have seen me rant and rave over hair and hair products but there was a gap in the hair industry. At Boho Exotica I want you to look naturally exotic with my virgin cuticle products! From quick private consultations, starting up your own business (like me), buying apparel, accessories, to buying undetectable virgin hair - you are sure to enjoy my top of the line site.
What about the other companies you have raved about?
The other companies claim they have the best hair, and I believed them, UNTIL NOW. The other companies give out good hair to YT gurus. The other companies give you good hair on your first order, and that's the last time you will ever see it again. At the BE Studio, you are going to get the same beautiful hair that everyone else receives, at the highest grade of hair texture. The other companies produce Beauty Supply Store hair, or have great hair for a few months. At Boho Exotic, you are going to walk away with the best hair in the industry.
No Grade, A, or AA Hair - This hair is mostly found at Beauty Supply Stores. This hair is described but does not mention the grade of hair - this is the worst hair to buy, and the lowest quality. Even when stating, "virgin!" or "remy". This hair is dry and shiny, and bulks at the ends.
AAA or A3 Hair, & A4 - Most companies sell this hair grade. This hair is dry to the touch, it looks human but only for a short period of time, usually 3 months at a maximum. With this hair you must always keep the hair wet, wash hair, or add products to keep the hair alive.
AAAAA or A5 Hair - Is the best hair on the market. This hair is worn by celebrities and the lucky ones who find the hair. In the hair industry we call the hair The Royalty Grade. Most companies do not offer this hair because the of the cost of production, locating true A5 hair supplier, and the expensive cost of shipping. This hair is thick from root to ends, and the texture is soft and has no shine on the hair. The hair matches human hair exactly, because it is exactly that. There is only one donor that has taken care of the hair from the time the hair was shaved to the time the hair was shipped. This hair keeps moisture so there is no need to continue to co wash hair everyday. It will last many years with proper care, and over 6 months without proper care. At the Boho Exotic Studio, we promise to only sell A5 Grade hair.
How do you care for your hair at night?
I'm not going to lie to you, I don't take care of my hair at all at night. I wish I was that girl to wrap my hair, and lay on my bed correctly so my hair won't be damaged. But I don't do any of that. I sleep wild and my hair is in a high pony tail every night. The most I do is sleep on a silk pillow to stop knots and split ends. But when I wake up, my hair is still beautiful. A little tweaking of my hair and I'm out the door! But just like natural hair (in which this hair is) if you don't ever brush or comb the hair, or don't take care of it, the hair will eventually not look good. REMEMBER this hair isn't growing from your scalp, it's on a track. And no matter how well the tracks are, if you don't care for the hair, the tracks will eventually respond accordingly.
What is the difference between Brazilian, Mongolian, Indian, etc.?
The hair is FROM that location or from China and claim to be from that location. Like, if I sold African extensions assume they are from Africa with a 4c texture. Get it? At the BE Studio, our hair is direct from the country specified, with the texture to match.
How should I braid my natural hair when doing a sew in?
I prefer the beehive braid. That is where you leave at least a half inch of hair out around the perimeter of the head, and then make one braid that constantly goes around in a circle to the very top of the head. The extra braid left over (if any) can be sewed down. See a beautician for details!
Terms and Conditions
Please read this information carefully because there are important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin cuticle human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donors across the world we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color.
Only exchanges within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase will be permitted in a case by case scenario. Due to the nature of the product and the possibility of incorrect installation, there is no replacement of our hair and the 15 day Product Defect Exchange Policy is not applicable.
For BULK HAIR, only exchanges within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase will be permitted. Due to the nature of the product and the possibility of incorrect installation which could result in the hair being inverted, there is no replacement of bulk hair and the 15 day Product Defect Exchange Policy is not applicable.
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
Order Processing
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm CST, and Saturday/Sunday from 11:30am to 10:00pm. All orders received before 5:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.
Product Availability
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Return policy
At Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Replacements
We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you've received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item to the Distribution Center. If we verify and agree that the product is defective in any way, we will then exchange or replace the item.
If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. Otherwise the customer will receive a $15 credit towards another shipping option. If we do not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via ground) without an exchange of product.
Exchanges
From time to time, Boho Exotica Hair, at its sole discretion, may exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Any exchange request after 15 calendar days will not be honored.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way.
According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
No refunds will be permitted.
You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange.
In order to process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
* In the Rare Occurrence of a product defect, the policy will be as follows:
There is a 15-day Product Defect Exchange Policy which commences on the date of purchase. Customers should contact a Boho Exotica Hair Representative at 817-812-6214 and notify them of their issue or concern. The hair must be removed and the entire purchased amount must be returned for the quality assurance process to begin. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions for the return of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item to the Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique Distribution Center. If Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique will then exchange or replace the product. If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. Shipping Delays
For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust our delivery system to deliver your package on time. Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee we get charged us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Lost Shipments
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately at 1-817-812-6214. We will contact our delivery system right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent. ALL DELIVERIES ARE BY SIGNATURE ONLY
International Shipments
All international customers are required to submit a signed credit card authorization form complete with supporting documents. Once you've placed your order you will be contacted by Customer Service to provide this information.
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

Discounted Products
Returns, replacements and exchanges are permitted on certain discounted products only. Any purchases made at promotional events, in-store events and online at bohoexotic.com using any of the following: Promotional (Promo) Codes, Certificates, or any other discounting method provided by Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique, LLC may be exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase but may not be returned for a refund. Items purchased on sale may be returned during the 30 calendar days and the sale promotion may be applied to the exchanged item if applicable. For example if the sale was on any length of Curly and the customer wants to exchange it for another length of Curly, they can get the sale price for the exchanged item. If they exchange the Curly hair for Straight, the discount will not apply.
Prizes and Compensation
Any purchases made at trade shows, or received as prizes or for compensatory purposes are not permitted to be exchanged or returned.
The 15 Calendar day Product Defect Policy will apply for Discounted Products and Prizes and Compensation.
No sale is final until approved by Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique. Boho Exotica Hair by Deonna Monique reserves the right to withhold approval at its sole discretion.
